Hardware is dispatched from our manufacturing partners and delivered tracked, door to door.
Delivery time
Every order is tracked door to door. The window depends on where you are:
- New Zealand: 6 to 13 days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 days
- United States: 8 to 14 days
- Canada: 9 to 15 days
- Ireland: 9 to 17 days
- Latvia: 11 to 21 days
- Australia: 8 to 26 days
You will get a confirmation with tracking when the order leaves. Express delivery is available at checkout on orders under 2 kg.
Where we deliver
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Latvia. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery is free on any order of four or more items, and on any order over €150.
Larger orders
If you are specifying for a whole kitchen or a project, quantity pricing applies itself in the cart. Contact us if you need a delivery date pinned down.
Customs and import charges
Orders inside the European Union include VAT, so there should be nothing further to pay on arrival. If a carrier does charge you VAT, duty or a handling fee on an order to Latvia or Ireland, send us the receipt and we will refund it in full.
Orders to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be charged import duty or local tax by the carrier on arrival. We do not collect these at checkout. They are set by the destination country, not by us.
