Products and orders

All hardware is made by our manufacturing partners and shipped from their workshop. An order becomes binding when we send the order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may decline an order where a listing contains an obvious error.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the destination country and runs from about 6 days to New Zealand up to 26 days to Australia. The window for each country is listed on the delivery page and shown on every product page. That window covers dispatch and transit, and it is the delivery period you agree to when you place the order. We email tracking when your order ships. Risk passes to you when you receive the goods.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of receiving the last parcel where an order arrives in more than one. As our own policy, and not because any law requires it, we give consumers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand the same 14 day window, and consumers in Canada have it in addition to the provincial cancellation rights set out in our Refund Policy. Goods must be posted back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, in every country we ship to. If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back to us. That applies in every country, without exception, whether the cancellation is your statutory right or our own policy. We refund the standard delivery charge you paid only on orders to the European Union and the United Kingdom. If goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, it costs you nothing: in most cases we will not ask you to send them back at all, where we do need them back we pay for that, and we refund the delivery charge in full. An order placed in the course of a business is not covered by this cancellation right. Our Refund Policy sets out the full process and your rights country by country, and forms part of these terms. Nothing in this clause affects rights the law in your country gives you.

Legal guarantee

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a legal guarantee of conformity, two years from delivery in the European Union. In Australia our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, and in New Zealand with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Wherever you are, if a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we put it right at our cost. Our Refund Policy sets out your rights country by country.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our liability for other losses is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, consumers in Latvia may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) at ptac.gov.lv.
