Products and orders

All hardware is made to order. An order becomes binding when we send the order confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may decline an order where a listing contains an obvious error.

Delivery

Hardware is made to order and delivered within 10 to 20 days of your order. That window covers making, dispatch and transit, and it is the delivery period you agree to when you place the order. We email tracking when your order ships. Risk passes to you when you receive the goods.

Withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. See our Refund Policy for the process.

Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the EU two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our liability for other losses is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, consumers in Latvia may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) at ptac.gov.lv.
