Right of withdrawal
As an EU distance seller, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.
Condition
Hardware must be unused and unfitted, in its original packaging. Handles that have been drilled for or installed cannot be returned.
Faulty or damaged
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photograph. We will replace it or refund it.

Faulty or damaged items are covered by the EU two-year legal guarantee of conformity, independent of this returns window. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
